Remote Self-Tapes

1. WHAT YOU NEED
   
   Two (2) devices:
   - DEVICE 1: A smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop to connect with us via Skype or FaceTime
   - DEVICE 2: A smartphone, tablet, or DSLr camera to record your audition with
   - A stable internet connection
   **If you only have one device, we will help create a workaround depending on what your setup is.
   

2. HOW IT WORKS
   
   Step 1: Email your sides ahead of time.
   Step 2: Connect with us via FaceTime (preferred) or Skype using your DEVICE 2. Position DEVICE 2 as close as possible to your recording device (DEVICE 1).
   Step 3: At the top of your session, we can help you make minor tweaks to your home set-up. Small changes in camera angles, framing, proximity from the recording device, etc. can significantly improve your tape.
   Step 4: We will run through your audition with you as many times as you need. We will give coaching/notes upon request, no extra charge.
   Step 5: Once you are ready, you start live-recording your audition with DEVICE 1 while we read with you.
   

3. EDITING

   Send your audition over to us at hi@undercurrentstudios.com using WeTransfer or Dropbox.
   - If you are sending the files via your phone, just download the WeTransfer or Dropbox app and attach your files. Make sure you are on Wi-Fi vs. cellular data.
   - If you are sending the files via your computer, just go to www.wetransfer.com or www.dropbox.com and attach the files.
   - We will send you back your color-corrected, re-framed, sound-adjusted files via WeTransfer.
